Refund & Returns Policy — Armament MFG

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items not caused by a fault
• Consumables such as bands, targets and ammunition
• Custom or made-to-order items (including merchandise)
• Clearance or sale items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate, including covering return shipping costs if required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

Important Notes

• Night vision products and other factory-direct items may have specific return conditions due to their nature.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
