Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. We ship orders Mon-Fri. Unless advised; all our products are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. We aim to have these orders fulfilled and dispatched within 48 hours.
For Night Vision/ Thermal Orders:
All night vision and thermal related products are shipped direct from factory to ensure you receive the latest available technology at the lowest possible prices.
Because of this, please allow a 2–4 week lead time for processing and delivery. This time frame includes product importation, handling, and transit.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — this process allows us to deliver premium equipment without compromise.
For Merch Orders:
All our merchandise is currently made to order, allowing us to produce each item specifically for you.
If you've ordered merch, or have merch items in your order- please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. This ensures quality and consistency across all our merch items.
Once your merch order has been produced, it will be dispatched immediately using your selected shipping method.
